The first Hajj flight from Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore is scheduled to depart for Saudi Arabia on April 18, a spokesperson for the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) said on Monday.
According to the spokesperson, a pre-Hajj flight schedule has been finalised for Lahore, comprising a total of 101 flights to be operated by four airlines.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will operate 33 flights as part of the pre-Hajj operation, while Saudi Airlines will run 29 flights. Airblue and AirSial are set to operate 24 and 15 flights, respectively.
The spokesperson added that Saudi Airlines flight SV-5735 will be the first to depart from Lahore for Medina on April 18. As per the schedule, the final pre-Hajj flight from the airport will depart on May 21, 2026.
