Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited camps of Pakistani pilgrims in Mina, where he reviewed arrangements and inspected the facilities being provided to Hajj pilgrims.
During this visit, the minister met with pilgrims, including elderly worshippers, and asked about their overall services. He also met a 100-year-old pilgrim, inquired about his health, and appreciated his determination and spirit.
Many pilgrims shared their reviews, saying that overall arrangements were satisfactory, although some had faced minor issues which were later resolved with the assistance of staff members. They also acknowledged the support and cooperation provided by teams on the ground.Naqvi assured pilgrims that every Hajj participant is important and that staff members are available to help with any issues or concerns.
He also appreciated the efforts of Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf and his team for managing Hajj arrangements.
The interior minister further said that the government of Saudi Arabia has extended considerable support this year, especially in immigration procedures for Pakistani pilgrims. He also expressed gratitude to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the Ministry of Hajj for their role in improving facilities and arrangements for pilgrims.
