Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), visited Punjab University in Lahore, where he was warmly welcomed by students and the university administration.
During an interactive session, he answered students’ questions and shared his views, while the students expressed their resolve to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army in defending the country.
General Chaudhry also met Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Ali and faculty members. Both students and teachers lauded the Army’s achievements, particularly in recent confrontations with India.
Participants reaffirmed their full support for the armed forces and said the session helped dispel doubts created by negative propaganda.
They noted that such interactions raise awareness about fake news and disinformation and are vital to countering misconceptions, especially among the youth.
