Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with the President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Nawaz Sharif, at Jati Umra, where both leaders analyzed the political and economic situation prevailing in the country.
While discussing the issues, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif informed Nawaz Sharif about the prevailing economic situation, along with changes taking place in the international scenario.
Nawaz Sharif highlighted the necessity for the federal government as well as the government of Punjab to implement strategies to counter the problem of inflation and to lessen the hardships of the people.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif was also present in the meeting.
