The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Multan has recovered Rs5.4 million from a fraud case and returned the amount to the victim.
According to the agency, Muhammad Umar had lodged a complaint after being defrauded of Rs5.4 million.
Following the complaint, the NCCIA team launched an investigation, traced the funds and recovered the full amount.
The recovered money was handed over to Umar, who thanked the agency and its team for their prompt action.
