Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi spoke by telephone with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir, on Wednesday evening, with the two sides discussing the latest developments in the region.
According to Iranian media reports, Araghchi and Munir exchanged views on recent diplomatic developments and efforts to find political and diplomatic solutions to regional issues.
The two officials also discussed strengthening consultations between Pakistan and Iran and expanding cooperation between Tehran and Islamabad.
