US President Donald Trump said on Friday he plans to make changes to his Cabinet after Republicans lost both chambers of Congress in the midterms.
Asked in an interview with CBS News 60 Minutes whether he plans to fire anyone, Trump replied: “I do, yeah. Little bit.”
“I love my Cabinet. I think they’re good,” he said. “But I’ll … be doing maybe a few changes.”
Trump’s remarks came after he announced that Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller will become White House chief of staff, replacing Susie Wiles.
Wiles, who has served as Trump’s chief of staff, will move to Trump’s political operation.
The interview is set to air on Sunday.
