The High Commission of Pakistan in Australia and the Consulate General of Pakistan in Melbourne hosted the Pakistani Mango and Multicultural Food Festival 2026, drawing more than 30,000 visitors for a colourful celebration of culture, cuisine and friendship.
According to a press release issued on Sunday, Victorian Premier Jacinta Allen attended the festival as the chief guest. The event was also attended by a large number of ministers, parliamentarians and members of the local community.
One of the festival’s major attractions was the multicultural pavilion, where visitors enjoyed cultural performances and exhibitions representing Pakistan, China, Türkiye, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.“The festival celebrated the sweetness of Pakistani mangoes, the richness of multiculturalism, and the enduring friendship between Pakistan and Australia,” it further added.
