President, PM condemn killing of labourers in Balochistan

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday strongly condemned the killing of innocent labourers in a terrorist attack in Balochistan’s Washuk district, expressing grief over the loss of lives and reaffirming the government’s resolve to eliminate terrorism.

In separate statements, the president and the prime minister extended their condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the departed souls, describing the victims as martyrs.

They said such “cowardly acts” would not weaken the nation’s determination to confront terrorism, adding that the country’s security forces remained committed to eliminating the menace and ensuring the protection of citizens’ lives and property.

President Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz also said that terrorists belonging to Fitna-ul-Hindustan and those facilitating them would be brought to justice, asserting that they deserved no leniency.
